Herne Bay United faced Grimsby in the League title hunt having played their last match against them in the National Cup with United taking that win at the death of the game and so were looking for a more confident result to lead them into their final meeting of the season next month for the match that was rescheduled due to the weather that bought the United Kingdom to a stand still in December.
