Busy Weekend of Hockey – 18/19th January Bushfields Peterborough
Over the weekend of the 18th/19th January there are some important events taking place.
On Saturday 18th January, at Bushfields, Peterborough, there is the National Training sessions.
At 11.00am on Saturday we have a Referees Workshop taking place in the upstairs room.
This is being headed up by Fernando Graca, President of the CERH and Luis Rei, Vice President of both the European, CEA, and World, CIA, Referees Associations.
At 6.00pm the Bury RHC Ladies team will be playing the second leg of their European Ladies Club Cup against Noisy Le Grande of France.
At 8.00pm the Ely RHC Ladies team will be playing the second leg of their European Ladies Club Cup against Girona of Spain.
Both games will be refereed by Portuguese referees, Paulo Rainha and Paulo Almeida.
On Sunday 19th January at 2.00pm, we have a Premier League game between Project U20 and Herne Bay United.
The Referee Workshop is free and open to anybody who would like to attend.
The entry to watch the European Ladies Club Cup games is free.
